Hi, I’m Ruth, a certified makeup artist with over five years of experience in the beauty industry, specializing in bridal and editorial makeup. My journey began as a teenager, when makeup was my only creative outlet. Though I wasn’t allowed by my parents to practice at the time, I continued, driven by the desire to express myself through artistry. Over the years, I honed my skills and knowledge, transitioning from a regular girl to a worldwide model and, eventually, to a professional makeup artist.

Being backstage as a model was one of the most inspiring experiences of my career. Watching top artists at work opened my eyes to new techniques and helped me understand the beauty industry from a unique perspective. It also taught me what was missing in the market something that drove me to pursue makeup artistry as my true calling.

After years of modeling, I realized that my heart lay in makeup artistry, and that’s where I truly felt I could make a difference. Today, I’m proud to take a leap of faith and introduce Ruth Akele Skin my skincare line, developed over the years with my clients in mind. Ruth Akele Skin isn’t just about beauty; it’s about wellness and quality, created with a holistic approach to beauty.

In a world filled with chemicals in our food, drinks, and everyday products, I believe it’s essential to start small by making conscious changes, one product at a time. By focusing on quality skincare, I aim to provide a more health-conscious approach to beauty.
